Ava DiFiore is an emerging 17-Year-Old Singer-Songwriter from Collegeville, PA . Her love for music began the second she could speak. Ava performs a variety of music genres including Pop, Country, Classic Rock, and Jazz. In addition to singing, Ava typically can be seen accompanying herself with keyboards and guitar, but has an vast musical background with other instruments. Her repertoire consists of artists ranging from Taylor Swift, Adele, Stevie Wonder, P!nk, Miley Cyrus, Kacey Musgraves, and more.
In 2018, Ava was the first winner of the Julia’s Joy Voice Idol Competition hosted by Pillars of Light and Love at just 13 years old. Since winning the competition, Ava was a vocal coach for the 2019 and 2020 shows, and the co-director for the 2022 show. She has performed with local bands such as NatAttack, the Hot Sauce Junkies, DYNAH, and more. Ava was honored to perform the National Anthem for the Reading Fightin Phil’s in 2018, 2019, and 2021. She has performed all around the Greater-Philadelphia area at a variety of different venues including the Elmwood Park Zoo, Timeout Skippack, Troubles End Brewing, the Kimberton Fair, Water Tower in Oaks and more.
In her spare time Ava enjoys giving back to her community. In December of 2020, Ava felt inspired to take action to do so. After collaboration with Pillars of Light and Love Founder & President, Kathy Opperman, the duo collaborated to create “Inspiring U.” Inspiring U meets monthly to hold volunteer projects for teenagers. In the past, Inspiring U has made hats for Hats not Hate, cards for Veterans and Seniors, Dog-Chew Toys for a local dog shelter, and more.
